✽ What is full-service laundry?
Full-service laundry is an affordable luxury. Treat yourself to the best thing since sliced bread. We wash/dry/fold or hang your clothes for you with love and care. Your laundry is never mixed with any other orders. We use natural laundry soaps in our high efficiency machines to minimize impact to the environment. Full-service laundry is also called: wash, dry, fold (WDF)

✽ Can I pick my delivery day?
Our delivery days are Monday- Friday. Schedule it through the app, call, or email us to set up your delivery day. It can be set up to recur the same day and time each week- so easy! Our contact information is listed at the bottom of this page.
✽ Where do you deliver?
We offer pick-up & delivery for laundry services in Fayetteville, Farmington, Johnson, Elkins, and Springdale. If you’re unsure, give us a call or drop us an email to make sure you’re within our delivery area.
✽ What do I expect on my first laundry pick-up day?
You’ll need to have a place that is accessible for the delivery driver. Make sure your items are in a safe, dry location. You’ll be given a window of time for pick-up and delivery. Make sure your bag is out before the anticipated time. If you opt-in for texts, you’ll be notified when the driver is en route.
You can send your laundry in whatever bags or receptacles are easiest for you!
Apartments may require special arrangements made with the apartment manager and Washarama. Let us know if we can help in this process.
✽ What can I send?
Sheets, towels, your favorite blankie…whatever you want washed and dried can go in!
✽ How do I communicate special needs for my order, like if I have a stain?
Include any notes when you schedule your pick-up or send a note. We highly encourage you to stain-treat any items before you put them in the laundry bag. This increases the odds of stains coming out. This is a wash & fold service but we will do our best to accommodate special needs, like hang to dry.
✽ Can I drop off my laundry instead of having it delivered?
Yes! You can drop off & pick up your laundry at Washarama instead of having it delivered. This is a good option if you are outside of our delivery area or if there is not a safe, accessible place to leave your bag for pick-up.
If you’re not opting into delivery, swing by Washarama during our attendant hours, Monday-Friday 7am - 5 pm.
